What is required for KYC verification?

KYC verification is an important part of user registration. It helps us know you better. At present for KYC verification, we are only taking your pan card details. When you register to our site, there is an option to upload your pan card. Once the upload is done, we will activate your profile.

What is the minimum time for KYC approval?

Right now we are operating between the hours 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Indian time. During the working hours, the minimum time we take to approve your KYC details is 3 hours. However, please note that in an event of a National holiday or Sundays, we will not be able to strictly follow the “3 hours” minimum time. In that case, your KYC documents will be verified the day following the holiday.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

There is no such minimum withdrawal amount. However, note that we allow the user to withdraw only the amount he/she has won and not the deposit amount.

No. There is no minimum time for profile activation. Once you sign up for the app, you enter your mobile number. You will receive an OPT. Once the OTP has been verified, you can access the app and play.

What is the fair referral policy?

Each referral should have a distinct coupon code. When you sign up for the app, you will be asked to enter the coupon code. If your coupon is valid and adheres to our referral terms and conditions then you will be able to access the benefits of the referral policy.

When does the profile get rejected?

We do not reject or block our user profile. However, we only reject the KYC verification. In the event of fraud, we block the user’s withdrawal.

When will I be able to withdraw my winnings?
